Service from June for new oil trap was not completed. My car leaked oil on my driveway. Car was not washed and I was told it was as requested. Yesterday I asked for the car to be vacuumed and it too My car leaked oil on my driveway. Car was not washed and I was told it was as requested. Yesterday I asked for the car to be vacuumed and it took 3 tries and almost an hour to get the floor vacuumed completely. This was our 80,000 mile service. I had to ask for my senior citizen discount and was given a credit promptly by Michele. More
Professional staff, Explained everything they did to fix the problem with my car and they washed it when they was finished. Took my car in for regular service. Told the service managers I would really appreciate a quick turn around, if possible. Done. They had the car to me at noon the next day. I first spoke to the service department 3 weeks ago about this work. They had to order the parts. After two weeks they e-mailed me that the parts were in. I made an appointment for the work through the Vo this work. They had to order the parts. After two weeks they e-mailed me that the parts were in. I made an appointment for the work through the Volvo app, and got a confirmation e-mail from Volvo Cars Annapolis. However, when I showed up at the scheduled date and time, the service department said there was no record of my appointment. The service department took the car anyway and said they would work it in. When I picked up the car and was shown the work, I pointed out that what was installed was not what was supposed to be installed. The service department representative agreed that the wrong part was installed. After a bit of research, it turns out that somehow the parts order was messed up and the wrong parts showed up. So the service department is going to reorder what is wanted and when the correct parts arrive the car will need to go back to the shop and the parts swapped out. More
