Poor quality. They don’t have enough techs or loaners. Consistently have 3+ week back up on getting an apt. My car left the lot twice and had to go right back. Had a fantastic experience with Volvo Cars Annapolis from the first time I contacted them about my Volvo. Not only did she give me impeccable customer service she was able to get things handled by warranty when my car was out of warranty. What a pleasant surprise and testament to the type of service they deliver and standing behind their vehicles. I know it was a team effort with the dealership and service. I will be forever grateful for the help I received getting my car back in good shape. Far better of an experience than my local dealership. If I buy another Volvo it will be with Volvo Cars Annapolis. It’s totally worth the extra drive to work with them again! More

We had a great experience with Kevin from the Service team yesterday. He shared with us we may need a new battery and priced out the cost.
