Oil Change I was disappointed because the car wash was not functional the day of service so the car was not vacuumed or washed. We were not offered to come back I was disappointed because the car wash was not functional the day of service so the car was not vacuumed or washed. We were not offered to come back another day for a wash and vacuum. Also, I am not convinced the Xzilon cleaning was done properly as in the past the car has looked better after the treatment. Only Option Arrived on a Sat morning; they prob are not fully staffed on a Saturday so sat in the car at the service entrance for prob 5 min waiting for someone t Arrived on a Sat morning; they prob are not fully staffed on a Saturday so sat in the car at the service entrance for prob 5 min waiting for someone to tell me what to do. Finally got inside. Quickly got my car registered for the service. Really nice waiting area, clean comfortable - for more than 3 hours for routine mileage checkup, and also ended up needing 4 tires- I think. Looked pretty busy. Car was waiting for me for prob 20 min before he told me it was ready (I could see it outside waiting). helped answer a few questions - no problem there. Next day a tire sensor said I needed air. Went to repair shop- new tire was not mounted correctly - the tire sensor was loose. The repair place tightened it - no charge. I hope the other 3 are mounted cirrrctly . But this is my “Only Option” for. Volvo dealership in the region... More

Professional and Responsive I brought my 2017 xc90 in without an app[ointment due to potential brake issue. As it was early afternoon, he indicated that he would try and get the technician to look at it that day or absolutely the first of the next morning. He then provided a valet driver to take me home which was really appreciated. Received a call later that day giving me the formal "diagnosis", full repair estimate and schedule for accomplishment. The car was completed on-time the next day, and again a valet driver was sent to my home to take me back to the dealership. The car was returned in a "finished" condition including a complete exterior wash. The mechanical problems were completely fixed. This was one of the best "non-scheduled" service appointments I have had. I would certainly recommend Volvo Cars of Annapolis for service of your Volvo. More

30,000 mile maintenance on my 2017 Volvo XC60. Annapolis Volvo continues to provide fantastic service. I have had 2 Volvo station wagons, 2 S60 sedans and 2 XC 60 SUVs. I will be back in the fall for a new XC90 and hope to deal with Tom again. All of my Volvo cars have been serviced at Annapolis Volvo. Service consultants are very knowledgeable, keep me informed on progress of service and explain items that need service. Very easy to schedule appointments. Lately I have been waiting for service (we live on Kent Island) and my wife no longer drives. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. I like browsing new cars and seeing new options. More
