service rep was very good still have problems The Service rep. was very nice to deal with. My had hoped that the problems were solved but the screen went black again for a 1 minute and then came The Service rep. was very nice to deal with. I sure am not getting what I paid for. This is the second time to replace temp guage hope that works. I donot know what else to do! I will not buy any volvo product again More

Drove 70 miles to get a duplicate key for Nothing Called to make a service appt a week ahead as I live in St. Mary's County. Service rep said the key was not in stock and would order one. We scheduled Called to make a service appt a week ahead as I live in St. Mary's County. Service rep said the key was not in stock and would order one. We scheduled the appt for 7 days later and arrived for the appt. After 45 minutes the rep told us he could not program the key and would have to order another one. Said he would let us know when he had done so. This was last Thursday and we have not heard anythin from him. Very disappointed in your service department . More
