I initially made a service appt with Volvo Lindsay in Alexandria. I went and the communication was terrible. I called Annapolis, which is a little further away from my home, because I wanted to establish Alexandria. I went and the communication was terrible. The person I spoke to when I made my appt was nice and helpful and listened. Then I went and Kevin was super friendly and gave me feedback on another service my car needed. Explained everything perfectly, and I could tell it wasn't "salesman speech" but that he cared about the health of my car. I decided to wait and the waiting area was comfortable.
