Excellent service From the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove out, I was very favorably impressed with the team at Volvo Annapolis. They took care of the proble From the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove out, I was very favorably impressed with the team at Volvo Annapolis. They took care of the problems with my car with professionalism, a positive attitude and kindness (and because of the warranty it was free as well!) Because I live one hour from Annapolis I asked, and was given, a loaner car and was able to get quite a bit accomplished during the afternoon. It would have been a long, boring day without the car. The one complaint would be that I arrived at the scheduled time and they did not take my car back until the time I was told that it would be ready. That added another hour to the day there, but because I had the loaner I drove back into Annapolis and found a few more things to accomplish. Overall, I had a positive experience. More

2000 Volvo XC One of your mechanics took my key tag. I had a note left for Walt on saturday and I havent got a call back. The tag is a red strip with the words "Remove before Flight". Id like it back. WRT to the work, no diagnostics were done on the car (extremely soft brake pedal), yet I got a quote for $2200 of brake work, after spending $350 the previous week on what was supposed to be a brake flush and bleed, but turned into a master cyl reservoir replacement as well. Why? Because your mechanic over pressurized the reservoir and cracked the res, which wasnt leaking when I brought it in. I ate the cost because, yeah it was crazed and old - but not cracked. I drove the car home inthe same condition I brought it in. Thats how I know you didnt do any diagnostics. Ive used your services off an on since 2001, and it hasnt changed. Kudos to Walt for skipping the cost of the second look which didnt happen anyway. And yeah, I once wrenched for a living too. More

I sure am not getting what I paid for. This is the second time to replace temp guage hope that works. I donot know what else to do! I will not buy any volvo product again More
