Paid 500 percent mark-up for bulb that didn't work. Couldn't return it because it had already been "installed". The service provided was to correct the 2 recalls for my 2013 S60 and an oil change. The recall services were provided accordingly. However, for some reason the passenger side seat belt mechanism broke the 2013 S60 and an oil change. The recall services were provided accordingly. However, for some reason the passenger side seat belt mechanism broke the next day. I took this into a local repair shop and was told that I had an oil leak. I find that I had an oil leak 2 days after an oil change to be troubling. That is why I do not wish to praise the service that I received at the Volvo dealership. More
