The scheduling and service was very efficient. My only complaint is in regard to a configuration change for the cargo area of my V60. The dealer tried to make the kit fit during a routine scheduled service, but discovered that another cargo floorboard part number was required. When I got home, I found that one of the plastic clips on the cargo floor was broken, apparently when the technician tried to close it. I understand how this could happen but it would have been better if they would have let me know. Otherwise, the service was excellent. More

He called right back and said Bruce King was waiting for me. Bruce & Vito Vita took care of everything as I was very emotional. They could not have been more kind & sympathetic. I had a new vehicle that day. Corey Cross sat with me and explained the the features of the new technology. There was some issue with the MVA and my new tags but Bonnie Ward took care of that as well. I felt very comfortable driving home, because I was in a Volvo. More
