My car was with you for 25 days while I paid for a rental car. The problem was that warning lights were on for no valid reason. That problem has been partly corrected, but the "check engine" light is now on car. The problem was that warning lights were on for no valid reason. I will live with this, though I miss the radio, rather than pay for another rental car. More
Joe DeVito was our sales person and was great. He went above & beyond when explaining all of the features the car had. Service department has been excellent. Sales experience was great, but then had a small transparency issue. The dealership did make sure that the issue was corrected. Someone took the garage door remote from our vehicle when it was in for service along with a document with our address. So far the service manager has failed to call back despite several requests. Next step it was in for service along with a document with our address. So far the service manager has failed to call back despite several requests. Next step is to call the police. Beware- take everything out of your car. . Not only do they not take responsibility for anything they won't even follow up. More
