The service was great. The Service Consultant, Rachel, was excellent to work with. She was very informative and made sure to keep me up to date on the servicing of my vehic The Service Consultant, Rachel, was excellent to work with. She also told me about the LYFT program they started to shuttle you to where you need to go while your car waited. Since the loaner service was discontinued due to lack of inventory, offering this option definitely shows that the service/dealership can adapt to the culture to make their customers feel valued. No loaner cars; repair was a temporary solution, but not informed of such. If you need a part that is on backorder please be straight with it. I will most likely have to book 2 more service appointments to resolve this issue (4 visits in total). More
