More specifically, I want to give high praise to my salesman Miguel Martinez. Not only was he extremely genuine and gentle, but also a true professional. His years of knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior compared to the other salesman that I encountered at other dealerships. His approach is relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. At no time did I have to spar with Miguel to get that deal. He found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for much more than that. Not only did I get to leave the dealership with my Honda Pilot, but I also left with dignity still intact. Thank you Miguel !
