The attn to detail and courtesy is outstanding. Bill Robertson (salesman) and Kevin Hull (service manager) are great! In March my Infotainment unit lost updates and I mistakenly made an appointment for wrong Date. He graciously fit me in and took care of the issue. I am in IT Service Delivery and Client Services. The Annapolis, Maryland team is stellar. Oh and I love, love my 2023 XC40. Just wish that it would warn me if I leave the moonroof open so as not to soil the shade if it happens to rain. My husband and I had the BEST experience shopping for a car through Miguel. He was very honest, helpful, and all around amazing. None of the service staff I have dealt with since 2006 are there and I was less than impressed with the new staff. Had to wait 2 weeks for service to be ensured I would get a loaner (live aprox. 45 miles are there and I was less than impressed with the new staff. Had to wait 2 weeks for service to be ensured I would get a loaner (live aprox. 45 miles away). One of the scheduled services I was told I was due for was a timing belt replacement, but when I picked my car up, I was told I had a timing chain, not a belt, so replacement was not needed. Shouldn't a service person know what type of equipment is in a particular model of Volvo if they work at a dealership?? Also, my carpet was dirty and it was not when I left it. No floor protectors??? Significat erosion of trust and for he first time since 2006, I question the quality of service my car received. More
