A horrible buying experience! ! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! The Audi Q5 I purchased needed a new engine the day after I drove off the lot (day after as in 24hrs). Super excited when ! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Super excited when I left Volvo Cars Annapolis that Friday and next day headed out of town to attend a baby shower. Everything was going fine at the beginning but just as I got onto 395, the misfiring started. Took it to an Audi dealer and they told me the vehicle needs an engine. The combustion chamber is damaged. Not sure whether or not V.C.A. knew about this but things happen and I was hoping for a swift, amicable resolution . . . but here is where things got ugly. Volvo Cars Annapolis and the two Marks, Mark Rivers and Mark Gendleman offered nothing but skirted responsibility and tried to convince me that the Audi dealership I visited are the ones responsible and I should visit them for retribution. In addition, they stated that that dealership is NOT a sanctioned dealership which would void them of responsibility. The back and forth continued and Mark Rivers ended blocking my calls. He stated that I should be satisfied with a replaced spark plug. They also promised to compensate and reimburse my out of town accommodation and expenses, and that too was not done. They took the car back, eventually, but only after my attorney got involved, I contacted Volvo Cars Annapolis ownership and forwarded correspondence to Volvo’s Headquarters in Cologne, Germany. More

Sat around to long waiting to sign paperwork. We did most of the hard work ourselves, financing was done by us yet i waited for over an hour to get with the finance person to finalize the deal. I was told that the car was being detailed however when i took possession of it the seats were dirty as well as dead bugs on the front of the car. One of the 2 keys was unable to be found, waiting on that plus i need to bring the car back because a piece of trim is missing on one of the rear seats. More

Had a fantastic experience with Volvo Cars Annapolis from the first time I contacted them about my Volvo. Michelle is service went over and beyond helping me get some AC issues and more fixed with my Volvo X the first time I contacted them about my Volvo. Not only did she give me impeccable customer service she was able to get things handled by warranty when my car was out of warranty. What a pleasant surprise and testament to the type of service they deliver and standing behind their vehicles. I know it was a team effort with the dealership and service. I will be forever grateful for the help I received getting my car back in good shape. Far better of an experience than my local dealership. If I buy another Volvo it will be with Volvo Cars Annapolis. It’s totally worth the extra drive to work with them again! More
