Sir - please note your Volvo Service Staff Member referred me to an external detail shop to fix the discoloration in the leather as a result of her trying to address the issue with a leather cleaning wipe. After she attempted to clean the area, it was much worse than when I brought it in. I am guessing you may have missed that when you cut me off several times. Per you, I should have been referred to the internal used car department but instead I was inconvenienced. I will get back to you when time permits. Thank you!
