Horrible dealership, lied about bodywork on cpo vehicle. Called day after purchased when brought to my attention by another volvo dealership. Rude and mean when called about issue, simply statong that it DIRECT QOUTE "to cover up scratches". Job was not done in a paint booth, was crudly done by amateur and tape. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THROUGHLY INSPECT CAR DO NOT ASSUME THAT IT IS ALL TO STANDARD BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. More

Overall, I would recommend them to all my friends and family when they are in the market for a new or used car. More

The sales staff Kae was exceptional. Clearly above and beyond what I would expect from any dealer for that matter. She was very thorough. The site was clean and everyone else was pretty nice. I was however expecting to get more off of the price and I was expecting better detailing with the condition of the car when I picked it up but overall great experience. I bought a cargo mat (Volvo brand) that is not made right for the car and they took it back without any hesitation. I even had a problem with some of the fabric on pillar 'A'and surprisingly they replaced the entire pillar. First service call (key fob and remote sensor)after a week with the car went well despite some miscommunication with what options the car had. Overall, I am very pleased and look forward, actually I have no hesitation going back and talking to anyone about any problems or requests in the future. They definitely stand by their product 100%. Andy answered all his questions and offered an excellent deal for leasing a new Volvo XC 60. I am thrilled with the vehicle and especially like the built in booster seats for our sons. I recently purchased a new Volvo S60 T6AWD which had to be ordered as no available Volvo S60s fulfilled specification requirements. I obtained quotes from another Volvo agent but Annapolis Volvo offered a be ordered as no available Volvo S60s fulfilled specification requirements. I obtained quotes from another Volvo agent but Annapolis Volvo offered a better price and a superior quality of negotiation and service. Although I had to wait 9 weeks for the vehicle to be ordered, manufactured and brought from Europe the service I obtained from Annapolis Volvo was always friendly and efficient. The delivery of the car and trade-in of an old Volvo V40 was carried out efficiently; introduction to the new car (quite complex management systems) was a pleasant experience with an invitation to return if we needed any help. I would recommend purchasing a car here - it was a far cry from the old days of confrontation and unpleasant bargaining; I suspect we will be back for another car soon - my other Volvo V70 XC AWD is now 12 years old but still running well. More
