I was however expecting to get more off of the price and I was expecting better detailing with the condition of the car when I picked it up but overall great experience. I bought a cargo mat (Volvo brand) that is not made right for the car and they took it back without any hesitation. I even had a problem with some of the fabric on pillar 'A'and surprisingly they replaced the entire pillar. First service call (key fob and remote sensor)after a week with the car went well despite some miscommunication with what options the car had. Overall, I am very pleased and look forward, actually I have no hesitation going back and talking to anyone about any problems or requests in the future. They definitely stand by their product 100%. I recently purchased a new Volvo S60 T6AWD which had to be ordered as no available Volvo S60s fulfilled specification requirements. I obtained quotes from another Volvo agent but Annapolis Volvo offered a be ordered as no available Volvo S60s fulfilled specification requirements. I obtained quotes from another Volvo agent but Annapolis Volvo offered a better price and a superior quality of negotiation and service. Although I had to wait 9 weeks for the vehicle to be ordered, manufactured and brought from Europe the service I obtained from Annapolis Volvo was always friendly and efficient. The delivery of the car and trade-in of an old Volvo V40 was carried out efficiently; introduction to the new car (quite complex management systems) was a pleasant experience with an invitation to return if we needed any help. I would recommend purchasing a car here - it was a far cry from the old days of confrontation and unpleasant bargaining; I suspect we will be back for another car soon - my other Volvo V70 XC AWD is now 12 years old but still running well. After further negotiations we end up with an even better deal, which cemented our decision to buy from Annapolis Volvo! Dealers in my area couldn't even come close to matching the price even after including the airfare and gas/tolls to fly down and get it home. Every detail was clearly explained prior to our arrival, as this was an out of state purchase of over 400 miles away.We were in and out of the dealership in a little over two hours after signing all the paper work and making the proper arrangements with our insurance agency. Kae, our sales associate, was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and was well prepared, which got us in and out very quickly. I live two hours South of Annapolis on the Eastern Shore. The dealer about half the distance shed the brand. My options were a good indy (Behrens in Easton) or the long drive to Annapolis. I got good the good news that in Nov 2010 they have a floating tech that operates out of a sister dealership in their chain: Salisbury Subaru. They made an appointment there that will save me a a minimum four man-hours (plus costs of mileage..) or 8+ in the event I would have had to leave my V70 there.
