Volvo Cars Annapolis

We have been dealing with Annapolis Volvo for about two and a half years. We originally turned in a lease vehicle, but due to the terrible experience we had had with the original dealer (located North of and a half years. However, the staff at Annapolis Volvo changed our minds. Their customer service has been top notch from day one. Most recently, we had a fluke engine issue while on vacation 600 miles from home. The car, a certified pre-owned XC90, was stuck in Michigan. When the dealer working on the car in Michigan and Volvo On-Call proved less than responsive, we turned to Nicole who had originally sold us the car. Within two hours I had a call back from both Nicole and Robert Bath, the Service Manager at Annapolis Volvo. We had a solid date on which the car would be finished, were offered the use of a loaner car until it arrived, and were put in touch with an auto transport company that could transport the car home for us for less than the Volvo On-Call Trip Interruption insurance limit. When the car arrived, it was filthy from having come through a snow storm. Robert's team went through the repairs and tested to car to be sure everything was done correctly. They also took the time to clean it up for us! We love our Volvo and could not be any happier with the customer service. This is NOT your typical dealership. More

Rude and mean when called about issue, simply statong that it DIRECT QOUTE "to cover up scratches". Job was not done in a paint booth, was crudly done by amateur and tape. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THROUGHLY INSPECT CAR DO NOT ASSUME THAT IT IS ALL TO STANDARD BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. More

Here are some things that made their service excellent: - They provided me with a very nice vehicle at a fair price - Everyone that I met was easy to work with - They provided a 90 day warranty on my used vehicle - The salesperson (Rich Readling) was very helpful and is going out of his way to get me a second car key - Rich is very knowledgeable and let me take the vehicle to my mechanic on 15 minutes notice (he really helped seal the deal!) - I was having an issue with getting my tags, so Jon Orofino let me drive out the door with dealer tags for two days until I could resolve the issue - The dealership, offices, and cars are very clean and attractive - The final prep on my car was excellent (and I noticed that they topped off the gas tank - nice touch!) Overall, I would recommend them to all my friends and family when they are in the market for a new or used car. More

The sales staff Kae was exceptional. Clearly above and beyond what I would expect from any dealer for that matter. She was very thorough. The site was clean and everyone else was pretty nice. I was however expecting to get more off of the price and I was expecting better detailing with the condition of the car when I picked it up but overall great experience. I bought a cargo mat (Volvo brand) that is not made right for the car and they took it back without any hesitation. I even had a problem with some of the fabric on pillar 'A'and surprisingly they replaced the entire pillar. First service call (key fob and remote sensor)after a week with the car went well despite some miscommunication with what options the car had. Overall, I am very pleased and look forward, actually I have no hesitation going back and talking to anyone about any problems or requests in the future. They definitely stand by their product 100%. Andy answered all his questions and offered an excellent deal for leasing a new Volvo XC 60. I am thrilled with the vehicle and especially like the built in booster seats for our sons. The crossover is a joy to drive. Everyone we have met at the dealership including Andy, Thom, and the entire team have been hospitable and gracious to our entire family. I recently purchased a new Volvo S60 T6AWD which had to be ordered as no available Volvo S60s fulfilled specification requirements. I obtained quotes from another Volvo agent but Annapolis Volvo offered a be ordered as no available Volvo S60s fulfilled specification requirements. I obtained quotes from another Volvo agent but Annapolis Volvo offered a better price and a superior quality of negotiation and service. Although I had to wait 9 weeks for the vehicle to be ordered, manufactured and brought from Europe the service I obtained from Annapolis Volvo was always friendly and efficient. The delivery of the car and trade-in of an old Volvo V40 was carried out efficiently; introduction to the new car (quite complex management systems) was a pleasant experience with an invitation to return if we needed any help. I would recommend purchasing a car here - it was a far cry from the old days of confrontation and unpleasant bargaining; I suspect we will be back for another car soon - my other Volvo V70 XC AWD is now 12 years old but still running well.
