BOGUS I made an appointment with the service center at Annapolis Volvo to fix my off track passenger side window. I waited in the waiting area for approximately 2.5 hours. When my vehicle was ready, I was informed that I had to pay 265.00. The individual whom rendered the bill stated that the charge came with an explanation. I was absolutely livid...265 for an off track window???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was explained to me that I was only charged for the service at a rate of 130.00 an hour because they had to remove the door to find out what was wrong. And that this service could not actually be covered under my warranty because nothing was "broken". I thought that this entire scenario was outrageous, seeing as that I was never quoted prior to the work being done! I would have appreciated the courtesy to decide if I wanted the work to be done at that time. I was blindsided and felt neglected. I am very displeased and hope that not I or anyone else experience this! I will be looking elsewhere to render maintenance to my vehicle. More

We continue to trust the Volvo brand for its style, safety and reliability, however, the folks at Annapolis Volvo are a pleasure to work with when it comes to a purchase. Frank, Mike Mayfield and Anthony are ultimate professionals at what they do. These guys never pressure you into a decision; they allow you to make up your own mind. If you don't see a vehicle that you want on the lot, they will try to find the exact car you want - not try to persuade you into something other than your desired car. When I came to the dealership to inspect the V70 RDesign on a Saturday afternoon in February, I informed Mike Mayfield and Anthony Ferrogine that I would bring my wife to see the car on Sunday, they made the car accessible for my wife and I to see the vehicle on the lot away from the mounds of snow which covered the grounds. The staff of Annapolis Volvo are attentive to the buyers needs; this is rare find in today's retail car business. Nice job Annapolis Volvo. Keep doing what you do. Once we agreed on the deal, Tomm was very good with the follow up, taking care of the requests we made. He has followed up several times to be sure all was satisfactory with the car and if we had any questions. Good guy to deal with. Kim was excellent with the tags, title, and processing the sale. I was told that I could not have a loaner car because I did not purchase my car at Annapolis Volvo even though my car is currently under warranty. Don't they realize that Annapolis and the DC area are heavily populated with ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY? What an insult to be told this. I fight for this country and give up many sacrifices, one of which is having to relocate. How can a dealership in this area be so SNOOTY EXCLUSIVE and UNSUPPORTIVE OF OUR MILITARY FAMILIES???????I'm glad I did not buy my Volvo at this dealership and can not wait to be transferred out of this area. just disgraceful. We purchased and would definitely recommend as a positive experience to our friends and co-workers. Car buying is a stressful business and no matter how happy I am with the final price, the next day I always feel maybe I should have not paid as much or could have gotten a better deal. But in this situation, I felt the car and expected maintenance service was worth what we paid. More
Three weeks ago, my Mother-In-Law was in a car accident with her 2005 Volvo S80, however the insurance company determined the vehicle was complete loss. After visiting another Baltimore, MD Volvo dealership, we drove to Annapolis Volvo hoping to find another S-80 for my Mother-In-Law. We were greeted in the show room by Thom Lamm (Leasing and Sales Consultant), he was very friendly and listened to what vehicle and options my Mother-In-Law was looking for. Within ten to fifteen minutes, we were on the road test driving a 2010 Volvo S80. Mr. Lamm’s knowledge of the Volvo product line was outstanding; his experience providing superior customer service was very apparent when he suggested that the on-site Business Manger (Kim Kane) might be able to beat my Mother-In-Law’s pre-approved auto loan interest rate from her financial institution. To our surprise, Kim Kane persistence resulted in a lower interest rate from another financial institution. This was the first time visiting Annapolis Volvo to purchase a vehicle, if all the employees are at the high caliber and competency as Thom Lamm and Kim Kane, I would purchase my next vehicle from Annapolis Volvo. By the way, I own a Lexus and 1996 Volvo 850 Turbo. More

Once I arrived, I was greeted kindly and taken care of and by multiple associates, all very friendly and helpful. I decided to purchase the car that evening and they worked with me to get a great deal and even stayed late to process the purchase. Kevin was a fantastic associate and I definitely recommend working with him if you are interested in a car at Volvo Annapolis. He was friendly and honest, and made the process very easy for me.
