disgracefull used car sale i bought a used car and was shipped to me . it arrived with a cracked windshield . one tire was slashed at sidewall , one FOB transmitter was broken i bought a used car and was shipped to me . it arrived with a cracked windshield . one tire was slashed at sidewall , one FOB transmitter was broken ... and all four rims were rusted , corroded , scraped beyond repair . called and wrote to owners and service managers , they all denied ... and total failed to take ANY responsibility . a reprehensible volvo dealership . do not buy a car from these people . they ll rob you ... and smile about it . I arranged to fly in on a Saturday to pick the car up and my flight was delayed due to weather (4 hours) and pushed me way past closing time. Lloyd was kind enough to deliver my car to me on Sunday and work out the final paperwork...now that's service. Lots of details to the process but this dealership was quick to answer questions and handle details that can't be dealt with on a Sunday quickly the following week.
