Horrible service department. Our v70 was under warranty so we had to use the dealer. 5 times it was services at this location and Walt was rude and talked to us like we did not u Our v70 was under warranty so we had to use the dealer. 5 times it was services at this location and Walt was rude and talked to us like we did not understand a thing about cars or service. Every single time we had to take the car back to have the jobs that were said to be done completed as they were not. This last time they tried to say a gasket was not covered so we owed 200+ out of pocket for the repair. This was also a lie the temp sensor came as a complete set ( sensor,tstat,& housing). Well the short of it they billed the warranty company for the complete housing and just used the sensor instead of the complete set. (And billed labor for the complete repair). The engine light came back on and my wife is furious and goes back up and gets the run around once again and they have no idea where the part they charged for is and they said they can fit us in Friday to do the job right..... What a joke and I hope no one should be treated like this by a dealership or any professional business. More

The professionalism, knowledge and genuineness of the sales rep., Bobby Johnson, was a key reason I purchased the XC90. Bobby was a true expert on the vehicle and its features and he (and his office manager, Butch Rupert) were straight talkers when it came to price negotiations. Bobby really stood out as the best compared to the representatives I dealt with at competing dealerships during my car search. It would be difficult not to go with Volvo for my next family car based on the very positive experience I had with Annapolis Volvo.? More

"Good car buying experience" I had a good experience with Annapolis Volvo. I was able to text and speak with my sales person ahead of time and submit all of the required informati I had a good experience with Annapolis Volvo. I was able to text and speak with my sales person ahead of time and submit all of the required information before even coming to the dealership. I didn't have to sit and haggle over price, etc. and the incentives were great. This was an easy and enjoyable experience. I think I only spent an hour and half (Door to Door) in the dealership. Not sure who or what the "bad reviewers" are commenting on but I had good experience. It was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks. William More
Careful of the bait and switch. Horrible customer service. Called to get some information about a car that they had advertised online. Called multiple times and could never get a sales rep. Asked to be called back but no one ever did. Drove for multiple hours to get to the dealership and found out that car was sold before we even called about it. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. The rep that came out when we were at the dealership told us the car was sold and said "It is bound to happen". Really? I am pretty sure I can walk out to my driveway and tell you with astounding accuracy if my car is there. Not sure why in the 5-6 hours after we talked to the original sales rep he couldn't call us back to let us know it was no longer for sale or at least ask someone else to do it. I guess he got lost. They were kind enough to tell us that they had several other vehicles for sale on the lot. Surprise surprise. I should have asked if he was SURE they were still available. More

The car that we bought was in the shop for repairs and Lloyd kept us up to date as to the status on a frequent basis. His attention to detail is to be commended. We felt as though we were visiting an old friend. Once again, Lloyd made our buying experience a memorable one. I've already started to contact family and friends as to our awesome buying experience at Annapolis Volvo. More

Exceptional Experience I purchased my first Volvo in 2005 at Annapolis Volvo - a used S80- that I still have today with over 180,000 miles and still going strong. I recently I purchased my first Volvo in 2005 at Annapolis Volvo - a used S80- that I still have today with over 180,000 miles and still going strong. I recently decided to get a second Volvo. Bobby is a true professional and obviously is an expert when it comes to Volvo's. He answered every question honestly, threw no punches and never once put any pressure to go in one direction or the other when I was deciding to go with a higher model or extra options. In the end I got the XC60 I NEEDED with a very fair price. As a woman, purchasing a vehicle has been an interesting experience throughout my life. Bobby as well as Annapolis service center truly treat every customer with the same level of professionalism and integrity. This is why I will continue to be a Volvo owner - For the 10 years of continuous outstanding professional service from the people at Annapolis Volvo - the vehicles are the bonus to the experience!! Peace in the family, Volvo rules! I've been a Volvo fan every since Simon Templar and The Saint drove a Volvo 1800 back in the 1960's. Bought my mother (a terrible driver) a Volvo 850 I've been a Volvo fan every since Simon Templar and The Saint drove a Volvo 1800 back in the 1960's. Bought my mother (a terrible driver) a Volvo 850 wagon in 1997, since it was the safest car for her to drive, and it's going strong in 2015 with 220,000 miles, thanks to the Volvo service department. The next generation in our family, is my 17 year old son, who I took in to Annapolis Volvo today and Ryan (salesman) picked out a low mileage 2012 S60 for (in Dr. Who Tardis blue). My son loved the car, Ryan was incredibly efficient at working with the Manager Butch, and the finance person, and later that day I went back to trade in my MBenz 350 ML (which I regret buying) and seal the deal. Best car buying experience I've ever had! These guys are top notch, and Volvo's are great cars. Paul More
