As a recently widowed mom of 3 teenagers, buying a car without being taken advantage of seems an overwhelming task! I arrived on the lot bleary eyed and a little disheveled after spending much of the night online researching used cars. I was very warmly but unobtrusively greeted by Mark. From that point on the process was fun, and easy! Mark was very patient in helping me explore my options. I ended up in a younger car with half the miles, at a better price AND better finance rate than I thought! You simply can't beat that! Everyone I dealt with was warm and pleasant, and I left feeling valued and respected in a car that looked and smelled like new right down to the very last detail. A great experience all around! Painless and pleasant! Found my Volvo on the dealer website. I inquired thru the website and got a response from Thom. Checked the car out the next day, went for a test dri Found my Volvo on the dealer website. I inquired thru the website and got a response from Thom. Checked the car out the next day, went for a test drive and was able to look thru all the service records that I requested from Thom. I noticed the car had a replaced engine in it, and they explained what happened, the service manager came out and explained in detail the reason why. Overall I felt confident after that to purchase this car, even though it had high miles. Hopefully many more Volvo miles in the future. Thanks Thom for making this an excellent experience. More

I have been working with Mike Merrigan through email for a few months trying to find the right car. He is a true asset to your team. Excellent Experience After looking at a number of dealers for the car I wanted, Annapolis Volvo had the exact model (XC70) at the price I wanted to pay. I called them and After looking at a number of dealers for the car I wanted, Annapolis Volvo had the exact model (XC70) at the price I wanted to pay. I called them and they set an appointment, and when I arrived, they couldn't have been nicer. Everything went smoothly and I got a great rate on the loan - they actually searched for the best deal for me. I couldn't pick the car up that day, but when I came back, they had the car ready and even drove into town to pick me up. They've followed up several times to make sure things are good (they are) and even sent a refund check for the tags, which I never would have noticed if I didn't get. I think that if a place is honest on the little things, they will be honest on the big ones. More

Well, due to some recent changes in our lives, we decided we wan Less than a year ago we purchased a Volve XC60 from Ryan Crawford at Annapolis Volvo. Well, due to some recent changes in our lives, we decided we wanted to upgrade to a XC60 R-Design. Ryan C and Mike Mayfield (yes, we got great access to the dealerships manager) were amazing. We new we were being a bit frivolous but they still made us feel whole in terms of cars traded and money spent. Ironically, two weeks after we got our R-Design we were rear-ended. Annapolis Volvo was still with us - their service and advice was great. Now I wish they owned an autobody shop too. If you want to be treated like family who understands the balance between investing in your safety while understanding your emotions on buying a car - this is the place to go. More
