Well, due to some recent changes in our lives, we decided we wanted to upgrade to a XC60 R-Design. Ryan C and Mike Mayfield (yes, we got great access to the dealerships manager) were amazing. We new we were being a bit frivolous but they still made us feel whole in terms of cars traded and money spent. Ironically, two weeks after we got our R-Design we were rear-ended. Annapolis Volvo was still with us - their service and advice was great. Now I wish they owned an autobody shop too. If you want to be treated like family who understands the balance between investing in your safety while understanding your emotions on buying a car - this is the place to go. More

Excellent Customer Service My husband & I just purchased our second car from this dealership and we couldn't be happier with our customer experience. After searching for cars at many of the local dealerships, it was the outstanding customer service that ultimately led us to choosing Volvo. We worked with Ryan Crawford for both of our purchases and have been impressed with him every step of the way. He listened to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect car based on our criteria. Ryan was genuinely interested in helping us as opposed to pushing us to buy something we didn't need. Ryan isn't an anomaly at this dealership. It's a nice feeling to walk into a place and have people address you by name. Mike, the sales GM, Butch, the sales manager, as well as many of the other salesman make it a point to say hello and ask if there is anything they can do to be of assistance. Perfect example of Annapolis Volvo going above and beyond: my husband & I are expecting our first child in February. When we walked in to finalize paperwork on our new XC90, the Annapolis Volvo crew had a pair of baby booties hanging from the rear view mirror AND handed me a present to unwrap that included baby clothing. You don't find customer service like that anymore! Don't expect anything less from the service department, either. Adam, the service manager has personally called after service appointments to follow up and ask how things are going. Overall, I would give Annapolis Volvo 10 stars if I could. Not only do I love the vehicle, but I know from experience that you don't get this type of treatment at any of the other dealerships. They make the car buying experience stress-free. More
Horrible service department. Our v70 was under warranty so we had to use the dealer. 5 times it was services at this location and Walt was rude and talked to us like we did not u Our v70 was under warranty so we had to use the dealer. 5 times it was services at this location and Walt was rude and talked to us like we did not understand a thing about cars or service. Every single time we had to take the car back to have the jobs that were said to be done completed as they were not. This last time they tried to say a gasket was not covered so we owed 200+ out of pocket for the repair. This was also a lie the temp sensor came as a complete set ( sensor,tstat,& housing). Well the short of it they billed the warranty company for the complete housing and just used the sensor instead of the complete set. (And billed labor for the complete repair). The engine light came back on and my wife is furious and goes back up and gets the run around once again and they have no idea where the part they charged for is and they said they can fit us in Friday to do the job right..... What a joke and I hope no one should be treated like this by a dealership or any professional business. More

The professionalism, knowledge and genuineness of the sales rep., Bobby Johnson, was a key reason I purchased the XC90. Bobby was a true expert on the vehicle and its features and he (and his office manager, Butch Rupert) were straight talkers when it came to price negotiations. Bobby really stood out as the best compared to the representatives I dealt with at competing dealerships during my car search. It would be difficult not to go with Volvo for my next family car based on the very positive experience I had with Annapolis Volvo.? More

"Good car buying experience" I had a good experience with Annapolis Volvo. I was able to text and speak with my sales person ahead of time and submit all of the required informati I had a good experience with Annapolis Volvo. I was able to text and speak with my sales person ahead of time and submit all of the required information before even coming to the dealership. I didn't have to sit and haggle over price, etc. and the incentives were great. This was an easy and enjoyable experience. I think I only spent an hour and half (Door to Door) in the dealership. Not sure who or what the "bad reviewers" are commenting on but I had good experience. It was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks. William More
Careful of the bait and switch. Horrible customer service. Called to get some information about a car that they had advertised online. Called multiple times and could never get a sales rep. Asked to be called back but no one ever did. Drove for multiple hours to get to the dealership and found out that car was sold before we even called about it. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. The rep that came out when we were at the dealership told us the car was sold and said "It is bound to happen". Really? I am pretty sure I can walk out to my driveway and tell you with astounding accuracy if my car is there. Not sure why in the 5-6 hours after we talked to the original sales rep he couldn't call us back to let us know it was no longer for sale or at least ask someone else to do it. I guess he got lost. They were kind enough to tell us that they had several other vehicles for sale on the lot. Surprise surprise. I should have asked if he was SURE they were still available. More
