Before and during the test drive Ryan explained key components of the vehicle to us and promised a later more thorough explanation if the need arose. The atmosphere at the dealership was friendly and all of the staff I spoke with were upbeat and reflected a positive impression of their place of employment. This indicates to me that Annapolis Volvo has professional firm leadership which in turn results in happy, professional staff not at all adverse to positive attitudes toward the Annapolis Volvo company. The financial officer that took care of our loan and paperwork was equally professional and was as positive as Ryan during our encounter with her. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend others to take advantage of the customer satisfaction available to them at your dealership. More
