Annapolis Volvo has a more transparent approach to car buying than the industry's general reputation! A satisfying experience, yes, but also too long. In spite of our previous e-mails detailing our arrival date and time for pick-up, plus our sending requested paperwork and some questions in advance, it took about four hours to get everything organized and done, such that we had time only for an expedited introduction to the car's features. We are now studying up! Love the car. More
