The service dept at Annapolis Volvo has always been attentive, thorough, and professional. Michelle was no different. My experience was everything went very smoothly. My salesperson, Eli, was very professional and helpful. He even went so far as to follow me home to help me get my other vehicle back to my house. We had two Volvos serviced, the first was on a scheduled appt and the second was dropped off when picking up the completed car. Michelle was able have the second car finished in one day even though it was n appt and the second was dropped off when picking up the completed car. Michelle was able have the second car finished in one day even though it was not on the schedule. The service dept. does excellent work and keeps our cars running in perfect shape. One is a 2010 and the other a 2011 both cars look and run as well as they did when brand new. More
