We were seeking a 2013-2015 Volvo an I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Bobby Johnson for his knowledge, patience, and friendliness. We were seeking a 2013-2015 Volvo and Bobby proved invaluable in assisting us in selecting the final vehicle. It was not an easy journey as we first agreed on a XC60 and then a S60, and in each instance, the vehicles were made ready for purchase and pick-up. And in the case of both vehicles, we changed our minds. While some sales personnel would become frustrated by a customer who is unable to make a decision, Bobby was the ultimate professional, acting in each instance as if the most recent selection was in fact the car we were truly interested in and no other. He calmly and patiently explained the features on the car as if he were doing it for the first time. In short, he made us feel comfortable the entire time we were trying to select a vehicle. He is an invaluable asset to your sales team and to Annapolis Volvo. More

Babrak had been extremely helpful from our first contact via email and many subsequent exchanges via phone and email before we could arrange to visit. He was very accommodating throughout the process with our questions, request for photos, service records, scheduling our test drive, and even borrowing the car overnight to take to our local mechanic (45 miles away), etc. The purchase process went smoothly and efficiently. Babrak was very attentive through the entire experience from our first conversation all the way through the purchase and following up after. This is our third Volvo, but our first purchase from Annapolis Volvo. Based on our experience, we can highly recommend them (Mike and Tricia were great, also) and especially Babrak for a remarkably pleasant and straight-forward car buying purchase.
