Great Experience Having owned both Audi A4 and BMW X3 in the past it was time to try Volvo. I a month researching the XC90 and finally arranged a test drive with Ola. Having owned both Audi A4 and BMW X3 in the past it was time to try Volvo. I a month researching the XC90 and finally arranged a test drive with Ola. From the beginning Ola was professional, kind, and simply a pleasure to work with. They were able to find a car with the exact specs we wanted and had it delivered to the dealership the next day. Completed paperwork and off we went with our new XC90 Inscription. Upon arrival at home it barely fit in the garage (2 inches to spare). And then we quickly realized this beautiful vehicle was too big for our needs. The next morning I called Ola to tell him that we would like an XC60 instead. Later that day I called Mike Mayfield to ask if we could get in to an XC60 and return the XC90. Mike was willing to work with us (after confirmation with his Vice President) and he and Steve Currie worked hard to find us an XC60 with the color and options we wanted. Long story short we are now in a beautiful XC60 R-Design. Clearly Volvo Cars Annapolis cares about their customers and went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND for my wife and I. I think you would be hard pressed to find another dealership to do what Volvo Cars Annapolis accomplished. Kudos to Ola, Mike and Steve for truly putting the customer first. More
Excellence My wife Kay and I were in the market for something a bit different, we had previously considered replacing our 2013 Range Rover with another Range Rov My wife Kay and I were in the market for something a bit different, we had previously considered replacing our 2013 Range Rover with another Range Rover . We then discovered the Volvo XC90 Excellence. Having only previously heard of the Momentum, Inscription and T8 Hybrid variants, we were delighted to learn of a mind blowing level of quality Volo were now making - The Excellence - at this trim level it includes every option and is an amazingly comfortable luxury vehicle. The dealership at 333 Busch Frontage Annapolis is well located in a spacious lot, it has easy access and excellent parking availability. The showroom is modern and restrained - somewhat like a Volvo. We met with Olakunle Okunrinboye (OLA) who listened to us, he took the time to understand our circumstances and really listen to us as a customer. Ola talked us through the vehicle carefully, he was very knowledgeable and if there was something he didn't know he made a note to get the answer. We were touched with his thoughtful and detailed approach, we explained we had some interesting accounting requirements. Ola introduced us to Marva Laws, who introduced herself as the best at what she does, we have to agree she is. Marva is an efficient powerhouse when it comes to figuring out financial procedures to pay for a vehicle. We had a car to trade in our 2013 Range Rover - we were introduced to Steve Currie who handled this with professionalism and flexibility. A deal was struck and I can only say my wife and I are delighted with the Excellence and all at Volvo Annapolis, quite honestly one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. More
Extremely Professional Yet Receptive, Warm & Friendly! My husband & I were in the market for a BMW X5. Most of what we had test drove were either overpriced or had too many miles on there. We saw Volvo Cars Annapolis post a 2012 X5 for the best price & on the same day we drove to Maryland from Delaware to purchase it. Miguel & Mike were the extremely accommodating to our needs (very picky might I add) & were very knowledgeable about the SAV, the financing process & were able to knock off a couple 1000s of the purchase price. *BINGO* For the cherry 🍒 on top, I got to test drive a red 2016 BMW Grand Coupe (wish come true). I absolutely love this dealership and the guys working there. 10 🌟 stars for Volvo Cars Annapolis! XoXo More

Service department are dishonest thieves I needed a breather valve replaced on my 2008 V-50. It's a known problem, covered under recall for most cars but not my particular VIN. Was told that if I had done my oil servicing at the dealer they would have been able to take care of me, but since I hadn't I was out of luck. That's pretty poor (I put s l e a z y but apparently DealerRater doesn't want any Volvo dealer called that so they say it's a profane word!) for a Volvo dealer, but OK, how much will it cost to replace? I'm told it's six hours of labor "per the Volvo shop manual" so I get charged for 6 hours plus the part, no matter what. I buy the OEM part for almost half what they quoted, spend 15 minutes watching a YouTube video on how to change the part and 45 minutes changing it. I timed it, just to be sure. Now presumably Annapolis Volvo has professional mechanics on staff, who are experts on working on Volvos. Which means that if this weekend warrior could do the job in an hour they could easily do it in less. And yet they are going to charge me for 6 hours of work, because that's what the service manual says. How is that not illegal again? How often do they do this. I just bought a brand new 2018 XC-90. I went with Overseas Delivery from a dealer in NC and am picking up at Silver Springs Volvo. I will NEVER buy a car or spend a dime in service at Annapolis Volvo, business that was there's to loose since I live 5 minutes away from the dealership and will be buying Volvos for the next 30 years. More
