Jackie with finance was very warm, accommodating , and almost surprisingly friendly , while at the same time very intelligent and informed. I believe that Annapolis Volvo is a great dealership. My only issue was with the used car manager, who I will not bother to name. He seemed to be seething is this awful mood that only worked to poison the experience. That cloud was totally unnecessary and unhelpful and left its stain on what was otherwise a superb dealer performance. More
