The service department was very responsive to an emergent issue that arose shortly after the vehicle's scheduled interval servicing. A non-standard code that could not be remedied using established software issue that arose shortly after the vehicle's scheduled interval servicing. A non-standard code that could not be remedied using established software debugging procedures was determined. The Annapolis Volvo service department contacted the Volvo USA service coordinator. A new software push to the vehicle from the NJ service department eliminated the code. The car was returned within 3 hours of my reporting the issue. Survey needs to add service department employees. Tom sold our family over 5 vehicles over the past 20 years. More
