I did not experience any recognizable m My XC90 T8 Plug-in Hybrid had an intermittent "Hybrid System Failure - Service Required" notification message. I did not experience any recognizable malfunction other than the message, but thought I should take it in anyways. They took the issue seriously even though it took a while to make the message appear again and none of their standard diagnostics revealed a problem. They provided me with a loner as they kept the car and continued to chase the problem. They did not give up, and, after engaging factory engineering support repeatedly, they did eventually isolate the problem and fix it. Although it took a lot of work and time, it was all covered by warranty. I am very happy with my car and service experience. More
