Lacking I bought a Porsche 911 from this dealership ... mistake. Maybe they are good with Volvo used cars but cars other than Volvo not so much. They claimed I bought a Porsche 911 from this dealership ... mistake. Maybe they are good with Volvo used cars but cars other than Volvo not so much. They claimed to have performed a 75000 mile service but I was not impressed when a Porsche dealership claimed no evidence of any such service being done. I had another challenge with the automatic transmission but they claimed I would have to take it to a Porsche dealership for them to take a look. This after leaving the car with them for a week with a Porsche dealership close by. When I asked why, the service manager said they do not use the Porsche dealership because they had a bad experience with them in the past. They could have called me and told that to me instead of keeping the car for a week and done nothing. I also should have test driven the car way in advance of making the purchase. Instead I test drove it on the same day that I picked it up. I felt pressured by the used car salesman who was only nice after he had his check in hand. I fell in love with the car at first sight but should have exercised more care and time before making the purchase ... my bad. Now the car is at the Porsche dealership spending a week being dried out after discovery of a leaky roof. I told them about the flapping convertible roof but the salesman said that is not his area of expertise but the service manager's responsibility. In conclusion ... buy a warranty .. I did not and stay away from purchasing exotics like a Porsche from this dealership, By the way I have owned many Porsches over the years and this was by far my worst experience, More
