Annual service Being new to this area I needed a dealership to take care of my major service needs and I chose Annapolis as it is two hours closer to me than my orig Being new to this area I needed a dealership to take care of my major service needs and I chose Annapolis as it is two hours closer to me than my original dealer. I showed up a little early and was immediately addressed by Karwin. There were a couple of small issues I told him about and he introduced me to the tech who would be taking care of the car who told me the issues I mentioned were "no big deal and no problem to take care of". Needless to say, after a reasonable wait the car was done and all issues fixed. Knowing I have a dealer within an hour of my home now makes me feel so much better than having to take my car to anyone and hoping for the best.
