Recently I had to make an appointment to take the car back after service; the one-touch up/down function on the driver's window wasn't working. Rather than just take my keys and make me wait, the service technician (not Luis this time;I don't remember his name) hopped in the car, pushed a few buttons, fixed the problem and got me on my way in just minutes. Very helpful. I will single out salesperson Bobby Johnson also. While at the dealership for service, my wife and I were looking at the new models. Bobby took a lot of extra time showing us around in the basement where a the new models are stored. He also knew a lot about the vehicles he was selling. I read up a lot on cars, and I can tell you that is not always the case with car sales people I've never had anything but positive experiences at Annapolis Volvo. More
