Every dealership should learn from here Devin, Devin and again Devin.. This man made my car shopping experience seamless. First off i scheduled a test drive and while that was in progress he gave detailed explanations on the car and the process in general, not for one minute did this man make me feel like my 1 million questions were stupid, he made me feel at ease and rather than focus on the transaction he paid attention to my needs and my questions. I later went back home to make a decision and as the days went by i had different questions to ask, i called and he was always there to respond and give me his honest opinion. I eventually came back to finalize the deal even after looking elsewhere for the same vehicle which was a Honda cross-tour.. Keep in mind, this dealership is about mins from my home and i saw a couple of dealerships that were about 15-mins away from me but because of the level of professionalism and honest i received from the on set and how i wasn't feeling like i was being milked for my money i decided to embark on that journey and sit myself in traffic to make it down to this dealership all because of Devin..Even after the purchase of the vehicle he still keeps in touch and responds effectively to me regarding whatever concerns i have. words honestly cant quantify how i feel typing this review for Devin, i hope Devin should be put in a position of facilitating a training on any new hire's at any dealership nation wide because he's thought process and honesty is mind blowing, unlike others who are just looking to get their commission and kick you out the door. Was told a part was ordered but haven’t heard anything in the two weeks since the car was in. Noise associated with running the A/C has gotten much worse to the point I’m trying not to run it now. This most recent was actually a follow up to the previous visit to correct a lot of noise related to the belts (maybe the first maintenance resulted in causing secondary issues?) Plus, within a day of getting my car back one of the side view mirrors began malfunctioning when it attempted to fold in so I’ve had to turn that feature off as well. More

As for this dealership in general -- they had the best price by far for the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I had been looking for a car that checked all my boxes for months and their prices beat everyone else's in the DMV by thousands of dollars. There wasn't a push for any unnecessary upgrades or insurance packages either. Great experience! More

Great customer service! Luis provided great customer service! XC40 was in for the 20K scheduled maintenance. From start to finish I was in and out in about 90 minutes.
