Total 180 after prior experiences. I tried buying a car here a few years ago and after contacting 3 salespeople still couldn’t get my questions answered. I eventually gave up and left the brand. a week ago I found ourselves needing a car for an incoming au pair. The cheapest used car they had would be a good match after owning 5/6 XC-70’s in the past. Almost all of the transaction was virtual sans the test drive and closing. Christian De Seve was myvsalesperson and he drove the deal home. I was working with 2 other dealers and they were useless compared to Christian. The entire team that I met this go around was professional, courteous, and helpful. I’d come back in a second.
