Service Department is Mostly Great My experience with Walt is always positive. On this occasion, I dropped my car off because a maintenance light was on, but it actually wasn’t due. Wal My experience with Walt is always positive. On this occasion, I dropped my car off because a maintenance light was on, but it actually wasn’t due. Walt reset the light and I was to pick it up. I called later to ask that the car be left with the key locked in it and spoke to receptionist. She assured me that she would convey the message. When I arrived to pick it up, car was in the very back of the lot and key was not with it. A very helpful manager (Anthony) helped find the car and find the keys. Except for the missed message, it was perfect! More

Turned my frown upside down. I dropped my S60 off for an oil change yesterday morning. I had to work later in the day and assumed my car would be ready. After 3 1/2 hours my car w I dropped my S60 off for an oil change yesterday morning. I had to work later in the day and assumed my car would be ready. After 3 1/2 hours my car was still not ready to go. I expressed my concerns with Walt who apologized and promised he would get it done in 20 minutes if I could wait. I did, and even though I was late getting to work, I have to thank Walt and Volvo Annapolis for making things right with me and comping my oil change. I know that sometimes things happen so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and will continue to be a loyal Annapolis Volvo patron. More

Our salesperson, Samuel, let us know immediately that the car was a demo being driven by dealership management and he quickly informed us how many miles were on the car. He and the staff also worked quickly in getting the car cleaned up and ready to show to us that day. Once we agreed on the price, the processing time was a bit lengthy, but all staff involved, to also include the sales manager Bruce and the business manager Amy were very friendly and professional. They also made sure that we knew all of the details and capabilities of the car. The dealership showroom and office were nice and very comfortable. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience and we are enjoying our car. More

Pickup easy as well. The only thing that dropped through the cracks was the courtesy car wash. The valet noticed it and let the manager know.
