Luis is always a pleasure and the waiting area is pleasant and has good (and fast) wifi. My car is usually ready ahead of the predicted time. The only drawback is that the person who handles the technical help (needed frequently with the XC90 touch screen - is available on a very limited basis and I wind up waiting for him a long time (I never wait for any other service at Annapolis Volvo). Also have had some awkward moments when it came to his help with the on call svcs. I've chosen to forgo some of the services I am supposed to be getting just to avoid having to schedule and do another one on one with him :( Everyone else is fantastic though! More

Not a Good Experience! Took 10 days to get truck looked at and to repair a caliper and a sway bar link. Bought a used truck, had our mechanic check it out, returned it with Took 10 days to get truck looked at and to repair a caliper and a sway bar link. Bought a used truck, had our mechanic check it out, returned it with a report of extensive rust, right brake caliper needed and sway bar link missing. Not sure how this went thru inspection. Volvo promised a resolution and it was addressed but communication and delay in the actual repair was beyond poor customer service. More

Length of time for service When I made the appointment I asked how long it would take and they said 1 1/2 hrs. Fine. When i arrived I asked again and they said probably 2 hrs. OK, I can understand since there were others ahead of me. It ended up taking 3 1/2 hrs. and they didn't say there were any problems that made it take longer. So I'm a little disappointed in their setting my expectations about the length of time. I ended up not reaching a meeting as I had expected. More
