Very Dissatisfied Customer I purchased a used Kia vehicle from the Volvo Used Car Center September 2019. This dealership just wants your signature/money. I had several issues I purchased a used Kia vehicle from the Volvo Used Car Center September 2019. This dealership just wants your signature/money. I had several issues with the car and was told I have a 90-warranty. I brought the car back twice for service while under warranty for the issues, only to be told they couldn't find the major issue. The minor issues were repaired. I took my vehicle to Kia and the found and resolve the issue. When asked to be reimbursed, I receive the run-around for a week from the Used Car Manager Steve Currie only to be told I had put too many miles on the vehicle, the warranty only covered the power train and what took me so long to go to Kia for repairs. I would never purchase or recommend anyone to this dealership. More

Amy Anderson referred me to come there and the service gentlemen were helpful and very friendly. I would come back again for service. Nice waiting area too. :) More

The only issue I have was that it was very cold in the entire dealership. The waiting area was cold; I walked to the front and it was colder. No comfortable place to wait that was warm. I did mention it to a couple of people, but only told it was due to a lot of windows/glass. I will bring a blanket if there is a need for another visit. Other people were also cold. More

can’t communicate I provided my vehicle vin # and asked for a quote to install a backup camera. Received quote. Called 3 weeks later after buying the car based on the I provided my vehicle vin # and asked for a quote to install a backup camera. Received quote. Called 3 weeks later after buying the car based on the quote and was told the quote was wrong as they didn’t realize the vehicle was not prewired for it. A simple search of the vin would have given them this info. It took me all of two minutes to figure it out on google. Back and forth on the phone and bottom line they would not stand behind their quote they provided in writing but did lower the price after 40 minutes of debate. Also their original part prices were higher than what I could have bought them for through the Volvo site so even at the lower “negotiated” price, all they did is lower to a price I could have bought them for. Drop the car off on a Friday am and told that it would take 1-2 hours. No call that day, no call the next day or the next. Over 1.5 weeks later they tell me they didn’t realize the car was not wired for the camera. Something I spent an hour on the phone a week earlier discussing. All in all, it took 13 days to complete a 1 hour job and they would never call me the customer. I always called them and was left with a promise it would be completed that or the next day. I just hope I don’t have any warranty issues as I NEVER want to go back to a place that 1) is not educated on the cars they service 2) can’t seem to communicate effectively 3) will not pick up a phone an call their customers. The one positive is that I did have a loaner car the entire time. More
