Easiest car buying process I've ever experienced I had put off buying a new car for way too long because I absolutely had the car buying process. When I could no longer put it off, I was connected with Bruce King through a mutual acquaintance. Bruce immediately responded to my initial email (and all the many after that!). He found me the exact model I wanted with the features I needed and had it delivered to Volvo Annapolis super fast. Bruce, Claire and Tony had all of the paperwork done in advance for me so all I had to do was come in and sign a few things. I think it took me longer to figure out how to start the car (which wasn't long thanks to Corey Cross!). I really appreciate everyone working so hard to make this such a smooth and easy process. Definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had! More

They have had my 2020 X90 since April 27 and the management team doesn’t have the decency to be straightforward with me. I have been told by Dave Scott that the engineers from Volvo corporate have reviewed the multiple problems the car has and it was supposed to be resolved two weeks ago. When I call him and ask to be called back, he emails me instead and gives me another bogus date. The GM Anthony who is the owners son is just as unresponsive . This is the fifth time my car has been in for various electrical problems and it is brand new. It’s been so long I can’t remember what it looks like. At first I thought it was a Volvo problem but had faith in Annapolis Volvo to remedy the situation and at the very least communicate with me . I spent $70,000 on this vehicle and once the sale was complete, all of this became my problem. Advice- do your research and don’t buy or get your service from them. As an end note, I went on a Saturday to get my car while various parts were being ordered so I could get some personal effects out and they lost my car key.... I had to drive back on a weekday. Complete incompetence. If you read my first review when I first got the car I was thrilled... once they had the sale and the problems started they could not live up to the fictitious reputation that they sold me on. I’m stuck with them for now but don’t make the same mistake I did. More
