The ability to get the paperwork correct was abominable. It came to me with several mistakes. It was returned to the dealership and was sent back to me still with a mistake!! In addition some of the forms w It came to me with several mistakes. It was returned to the dealership and was sent back to me still with a mistake!! In addition some of the forms were clearly created by the dealership and were tottaly unprofessional. Assuming the dealership manages to sell more than one car a year one would think the forms could be written and printed professionally not by someone who was given 10 minutes to write and make 20 copies in your 2012 HP ink jet printer! Summary, very poor in all aspects of paperwork management especially in careful review of information on the forms before being given to the customer. Obviously very sloppy and it makes one worry what other thing could be wrong. More
