Long story short, due to the plague of 2020, our case took loooong time: not because of Volvo Cars Annapolis but DC DMV, suppliers etc. Hence we ended up driving various (very good) loaners during the mo took loooong time: not because of Volvo Cars Annapolis but DC DMV, suppliers etc. Hence we ended up driving various (very good) loaners during the months our car was in the service there. The personnel is very helpful and keeps you up to date with the situation of your case. We'll definitely be back there for our next car, once the warranty of our current one runs thin :). More

They put the seatbelt latch on backwards. The main reason I came in was a problem with the alarm system. The flashers come on went I have the car locked. And after a few days, the warning message came back on that the alarm system needed service. Please don't have the same mechanic work on my car. He left the back seats folded down and the steering wheel plastic cover on the passenger seat. A box I had in the rear was crushed. I've had good service before. I think this hopefully was a one-time thing. More
