I used the dealerships own online tool to sell them my vehicle. They offered me $48,150 to purchase my vehicle. I drove 40 minutes to confirm the purchase and sell them my vehicle. All of a sudden, the used car manager comes out and states that all they could give me is $38,000 for my vehicle. What a bunch of CROOKS. I used THEIR online tool to get my price yet they do not honor it. They would buy my vehicle and turn around and add fees and surcharges to my vehicle and rip off the next customer. SHAME ON YOU VOLUME HYUNDAI. Let this be a warning to all future customers. They will rip you off. They cannot be trusted. They will do anything to get you in the door but honor NOTHING. More

Very courteous and friendly. I lease my cars and although they don't do a lot of leases, everything worked out fine.
