DECEITFUL! After seeing reviews online, we were confident that this dealership would be a good choice. When we arrived, our feelings changed. Every stereotype y After seeing reviews online, we were confident that this dealership would be a good choice. When we arrived, our feelings changed. Every stereotype you can imagine about a used car dealership, felt true with this company. This person did not know much about the car, but since they knew we were there to buy, it was like knowledge was replaced with desperation. From what we could tell, the car was in good shape, even when we test drove it. Problems we did find, were promised to be fixed and stated that it would be in the contract, except that it was not added to the contract like promised. Since we live in another town, we were told they could find us a dealership close by us for an oil change, not true. We have had the car for about 8 months now and still have issues with them coming through on promises they made. Use caution if you choose to buy from them. Triple check everything. More

This car was used but it had 1266 miles on it when I got it and I did ask for a CarFax but never got one. I started having overheating issues and I thought it should't have any problems with it being so new. I went back to the dealership on the 13 Jan-2017 and was told that I was not approved for the car. Harry is a horrible person and reading other reviews I totally understand! I went nuts--then I got mad. I told them to give me back my car and my keys,,,they did---. OH and the new(used) car needed a new radiator??? I was told that the car would be fixed by today 17 Jan 2017.. Harry ran a second credit report on me on 14 Jan 2017 and I did not approve that one bit! Now my credit is ruined! I talked to Johnny today and he said my contact was null and void. Never deal with this dealership!! I am now without a new(used) car and my credit they ruined made it impossible to shop at other places! DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! More

Kimberly Simpson at the Volume Hyundai Service Department helped me secure a rental car the next day and reassured me all would be ok. I was devastated when my insurance declared it a total loss. Kimberly suggested I talk to a Volume salesman, and my new friend Ben Alongi patiently and kindly helped me pick out a replacement. I was not expecting to have a car payment, but Ben worked with me to get the payments down to something I could afford. I feel like they took care of me at a very low time in my life. I will always appreciate their understanding and their willingness to help me find a vehicle that meets my needs. Thanks, guys! More

RUDE!!!!!!! No respect for me or my money!!! This dealership is HORRIBLE, nice sales team but the manager Harry is so rude he doesn't care about anything except robbing your pockets. This dealership got me approved, (3) months later the finance manager Ray notifies me that I was never approved and I need to bring the vehicle back or they will call the law on me. All that time I've paid insurance on a car that wasnt even mine. I never was reimbursed for the insurance or for my down payment. At that same time I brought the car back I over hear that they sell a lot of bad cars, cars that put u down days later. I was speaking with a lady that purchased a Genesis, she was told that it was new but the truck will not close a dent was on the back bumper and they won't do anything about it. On top of that my fav sales person told me that the owner himself (Travis) I think was his name, he came and got a car and it put him down the exact same day. YOU CAN NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL ROB YOU AND LEAVE YOU FULL OF REGRETS. NOT ONLY WILL YOU BE FULL OF REGRETS BUT YOU WILL ALSO BE TREATED LIKE CRAP. My sales man told me I was approved and what my payment would be, put money down and signed all the paperwork and drove my new car home that day! Only for them to call me almost 2 weeks later and inform me my loan did not go through. I was blown away..... what do you mean.... I was told I was approved!!!!! Well evidently there is a form you sign that no one explains to you exactly what it means. Please read the bailment agreement form!!!!! This form is what allows them to send you out the door with a new car leaving them to finsh your approval from the banks and if your loan don't go through the car you thought was yours is no longer yours!!!! You have to renegotiate the loan, witch could mean higher payemts, higher interest or they can't do the loan at all. Please make sure you are really approved before you take possession of the car. More
