Two weeks after purchasing (a 2017, so it's not old) the alignment went bad. I've also had 2 tires with holes in them, that were not punctured by something on the road. The car started making a rattling noise shortly after purchase as well. Not to mention, I don't think it was ever even cleaned out after they took it in from the trader! I opened the glove box and found all the previous owner's paperwork, insurance card and random papers he had left. I am livid about this purchase and I honestly hate my car. I'm so upset that I chose to go with this dealership and I will continue to tell everyone I know to avoid them at all cost. More

Sedona sunset Tuson! I went to the dealership looking for a particular vehicle that I had found on their website. Within five minutes time I was in that vehicle taking it I went to the dealership looking for a particular vehicle that I had found on their website. Within five minutes time I was in that vehicle taking it for a test drive! John my salesman was straightforward and honest and explained all the vehicles features to me and my husband! Financing staff was not pushy. More
New Begining This dealership helped when no one else would. I have never really been a Hyundai fan but I love my accent and have completely changed my mind. My dad has always been a Toyota fan and was worried I would not be taken care of but after speaking to the GM, John my father had all the confidence that his girl would be taken care of and gave his approval to be part of the Hyundai family. My father too is in the car business and was pleased by the outstanding business and professionalism this dealership possessed. Much thanks to everyone. More
Never Had a Worse Experience Was told I had the deal I wanted on the car with the features I wanted. Spent hours waiting multiple times in the dealership for the "paperwork to be completed". Wound up without the deal I expected or the car with the features I expected because I made the mistake of trusting them. Pointed out discrepancies in paperwork, - there was always a hand waving excuse. Was sent a reimbursement check for overpaying state taxes. Then got call asking for it back. I asked for proof since it was already deposited, got no proof but they immediately put stop payment on check. Refused to reimburse the stop payment fee my bank charged me (because they did not like my behavior when I asked for it back!). State revenue department says I do not owe the amount dealership is saying. Accused me of not knowing how to operate a radio when, in fact, the radio was broken. Did not know if I could transfer tag from old car to new one or if I needed to purchase new tag. Incompetent? Crooked? Don't know. Wish I had walked away when the first red flag went up, but I loved my two previous Hyundai vehicles too much and wanted to stay with the brand. Won't make that mistake again. More
