Poor service. I traded in a car to buy a car from them last year, we agreed on them to come to get the car from a location that was 3 miles away. They never did and I had to pay a 1,200 fine for the car b last year, we agreed on them to come to get the car from a location that was 3 miles away. They never did and I had to pay a 1,200 fine for the car being in the yard. Because the car didn’t belong to me no more because the titles was signed over to them. They never gave me my money back and they put a lien on my car for $200. Which the promise me they will pick up the car. The manager Sam wouldn’t answer my calls at all. If u plan on buying a car from them good luck. U will be ripped off. Yes they took my car.👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 More

The service advisor, Kendall, was very friendly and informative. I depend on who is servicing my truck to let me know when something should be serviced or changed (the air filter I did not know needed informative. POOR AGREEMENT The people are nice when you want to buy a car but not when you get it. We got a truck and then had to "rework" a deal so they "said" they were going The people are nice when you want to buy a car but not when you get it. We got a truck and then had to "rework" a deal so they "said" they were going to pay a house payment and add it to our truck so we could get it which I thought was weird. Well that didn't happen then anyways then they just took $600 without notification or even asking us which left us with $10 for 2 weeks. When I went in there to try to talk all he could say was there was an agreement but there wasn't he said he was gonna call to see when he could get the downpayment but never did. He just left us broke with 2 kids....and they didnt even care. They are more worried about not holding up their end of the deal and taking everyone's money... More
