They forgot to put a new battery in my key fob and to change the sticker indicating the next time my oil needs to be changed, so it made me wonder if my oil was really changed. Also, oily handprints were on the interior of my car. Lastly, I felt uncomfortable because only customers were wearing face masks. Other than this, customer service in the service department was ok. The service at Volume Hyundai is always efficient and excellent. Every recall makes me nervous about my car and my family's safety, but the service I receive at Volume Hyundai makes me feel safer. However, Baldwin county is a hotspot for Covid-19 and Volume Hyundai made me very nervous about its concern for customer health. The waiting room is very small and there was no social distancing. No, I repeat, NO employee was wearing a mask. I understand why the mechanics in the bays away from everyone else would not be required to wear masks but the managers who speak to the customers and the schedulers who also speak to the customers SHOULD be wearing masks. After all our families are important and some of us are in a higher risk group. Volume Hyundai gave me the impression they just did not care about our health at all. More
