I took my vehicle to Hyundai and asked them if they could tell me if the CV joints were covered under their extended warranty. The service manager said they would get to the bottom of it. The next day he sai tell me if the CV joints were covered under their extended warranty. The service manager said they would get to the bottom of it. The next day he said that I needed $1990.00 worth of repairs and he told me that I had to pay $135.00 for the assessment. I didn't ask them to look at the car I already knew what was wrong with it and wanted to know if it was covered or not. I am not in the habit of paying money for the answer to my question. I feel that they were in need of some money and they had to steal it from me. If you get the impression I might be mad, you don't know the half of it. You blatantly stole money from me and I will be glad to tell any one that might want to buy a Hyundai. I also, will be contacting the BBB. This was my 2nd oil change at this branch of VolumeDealership . I had problem's with the 1st time having my oil change but was worked out and i stood on the sideline at the counter watching the VolumeDealership .
