Todd was unprofessional and rude. Heather our salesperson was great, couple issues w/vehicle I was well satisfied with the sales team. They were polite and helpful. Found a couple of issues with the vehicle when I got it home though that I fel I was well satisfied with the sales team. They were polite and helpful. Found a couple of issues with the vehicle when I got it home though that I felt should have been identified during the certification-fog lights not operational and toggle switch for manual shifting does not function. Brought the vehicle back to have steps installed , which the guys did a great job on (very quick and efficient) and talked to service department about the issues before my appointment but yet the repairs weren't made as agreed.I know they are very busy over there with it being a new facility so that isn't much to complain about. Overall good experience . More
