I feel that a more thorough inspection should have been performed. I explained in detail the issues my vehicle had, but when I picked up the truck the clunking sound was still present. When I got home I jacked up the truck and immediately saw that the heat shield above the catalytic converter had broken loose.I screwed in two new screws and the sound went away. More
