Took my truck in because of misfire in engine. Was told my truck needed a new engine and would cost $13,000 dollars. Took it for second opinion and was told my #5 spark plug was bad and needed a t Was told my truck needed a new engine and would cost $13,000 dollars. Took it for second opinion and was told my #5 spark plug was bad and needed a tuneup. After replacing the spark plugs and wires my truck runs like new. They also charged me $190 dollars for a false claim… Very sad!! More

My buying experience was fantastic! Heather Bell is by far the BEST! However the Service Department is terrible! I dropped my car off on Monday and as of today, Friday, the issue with my Satellite radio not working still is not fixed. I have called several times for an update only to be told I would get a call back but it took my husband calling to get answers. I will pay for my oil changes and take my car to a different dealership to have work done. More
